    26 more hours.

It's been some days since I came here.
Yup and there's just a little less than 26 hours to the new year. I AM REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO IT!

    Why?
Because it's been such a year full of ups and downs. That's life. But I want a better year. Yes, a better year.

Anyway,I moved. Not sure if it's for long. I'm not even sure if I'm going to blog so frequently next year.

There's going to be lots of projects and studies and commitments like YOGA! and KIDSREAD! yeah. Kinda cool huh?

And yes Hazel, Singaporeans kvetch a lot.

    People.

    kvetch KVECH, adjective:

    1. To complain habitually.
    2. A complaint.
    3. A habitual complainer.

So this is the word to use for many of us.

    We must stop kvetching!

    RVChorale EOY camp'o7

To me,I think the camp was a success based on the amount of effort we put into it.
It really was, regardless of what you thought about it.
We know, deep down, how much was put in.

I'll miss some of the seniors a lot.

    LET THE SUN SHINE THROUGH!

    Helloo people.
    Guess what?

I slept at 0250hrs this morning,
    and woke up at 0650hrs.

And I'm still alive and kicking and highing! even after ONE WHOLE DAY of mass dance, netball and final run-through of things needed to be done with HONGZHENGYANG!

    AmaZING ZINGER ZINC!

However, after all that fun,I stank like how I used to after Gymnastics practice every Tuesday and Friday.

Be glad you weren't of close proximity to me. I swear you'd drop dead!

    Hahaha!

Hello Santa! Are you there? I want to let you know that I have been good this year, considering all the packed activities and sudden happenings like taking nine subjects, failing those subjects, going through interviews for the same post in both Choir and Council, all those suicidal thoughts,June camp!,Speech Day,NDP'o7 at Marina Bay!,Teachers' Day concert, knowing about my seniors' illness...,meeting all those hurdles so high I've tripped so many times over them.

But you know what? I can now proudly say that I have risen from those falls-some of which pretty horrible.

They say it doesn't matter if you fall, but you have to get up and continue that journey. I have done that, and so I've been good. I know that deep in my heart no matter how much you may disagree with me.

So Santa, what I want for Christmas this year isn't the newest branded material goods, and neither is it the popularity and confidence I wanted to have.

I have just this simple wish: for the ALMIGHTY SUN to SHINE through the DARK CLOUDS and for all to go well at RVChorale EOY-cum-seniors' farewell camp tomorrow.

Just this wish, Santa, for all the toils and snares I've been through this year.

As I compiled the tributes for seniors, I can't help but wonder what I'll receive when I leave.
Plenty of well-wishes, many juniors whose lives I have made a difference in, or simply none at all?
It's pretty heart-warming to see all those well wishes come in. Some about how the senior had helped them, others wanting to thank and show their appreciation for the seniors.
My sister remarked,"Why are you always doing these presentation slides?"
If I have to do them all my life, I don't think I'll mind as much as I thought I would.
It's that pleasure of knowing how much a senior meant to me, as well as to others.

two more days to choir camp'07.
    nine more days to Christmas.
fifteen more days to the start of a new year.
five more months to a year older.
